Quality and Development Leader Christine Hennequin authored a chapter Charting and Documenting Spiritual Care in Health Services: Victoria, Australia in the newly published book Charting Spiritual Care (editors Simon Peng-Keller and David Neuhold).

Providing an overview of charting and documentation in the state of Victoria, Christine examines how:

* national standards in charting and data collection has impacted the spiritual care sector, and

* changes to funding sources and models of delivery have necessitated changes in accountability, including in charting and documentation.

“My thanks to David Glenister, Annie Forrest and Kāren Lunney for their contributions,” Christine said.
