About the program

Moral Stress and Moral Injury in Clinical Spiritual Care Context will address the nature of moral stress and moral injury as elements of spirituality in the experience of patients and staff in clinical healthcare contexts. Participants will be invited to reflect on the experience of moral stress in the clinical context and the risks of moral injury inherent in the work of clinical spiritual care. 


About the speaker

Dr. Christopher Turner is a Spiritual Care Educator and Lecturer at the University of Divinity. His research focusses on the nature of spirituality, the meaning of dignity, and the practice of critical reflection. Christopher lives in West Gippsland, Victoria, with his family.
