1. Introduction

Welcome to Spiritual Health Association. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all memberships, including those with annual and quarterly payment options.

2. Membership Types and Payments

2.1 Membership Types

  • Annual Membership: Paid in full upfront.
  • Quarterly Membership: Paid every three months.

We offer the following membership plans:

  • Annual Membership: Payments are due at the time of purchase and will be automatically renewed annually unless cancelled by the member.
  • Quarterly Membership: Payments are due every three months from the date of initial purchase and will be automatically renewed quarterly unless cancelled by the member.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and electronic funds transfer. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable membership fees to your selected payment method.

3. Membership Benefits

Members will receive access to exclusive content, events, and other resources provided by Spiritual Health Association. The specific benefits may vary based on the membership type and are subject to change at our discretion.

4. No Return Policy

All membership purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for membership fees once payment has been processed.

5. Cancellation and Renewal

5.1 Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting us at office@spiritualhealth.org.au or phone (03) 8610 6327. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.2 Renewal

Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the member. Members will be notified of upcoming renewals and any changes to the membership fees in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to adhere to our community guidelines and Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email and on our website. Continued use of the membership after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spiritual Health Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your membership.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
